Big room. Spacious bathroom. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room overlooking the back, with views of a garden and mountains, quiet and good views. They have a bar service with meals from 20:00 to 23:00 which is served in the room or down to the dining room and with good prices. Breakfast is good. a little more variety in cold cuts and sweets would not be bad, There is a local stop in front. to get to Bilbao without taking the car,
There was no fruit at breakfast, and a little more variety in cold cuts and sweets would be appreciated. It is requested not to use the elevator between 11:00 and 6:00, I think that is not something that should be asked of the customers. If the elevator is noisy, let the hotel handle it. Where the hotel is located there is nothing. Just a bar across the road, which you can go to under the bridge, leaving the hotel from the left.

For two nights that I was going to be there it was not bad, I was comfortable, I slept well and more or less I could move. The place was comfortable enough to sleep well and without discomfort, with blankets in case it was too cold and a shower in the room itself. The guy who works there is very nice and helpful and I can't complain about his treatment because it was great.
I got ripped off with the taxi on the way to the hotel charging me 40 euros so I recommend more to go by bus even if it's a pain in the ass. The hotel restaurant is not really worth it, very expensive all for frozen food and/or mediocre food, too expensive for what the food was. The bathroom doesn't have shampoo or shower gel, I had to use the hand soap and they don't have brushes or toothpaste either. On Saturday they did construction work and it was horrendous the noise they made it was impossible to sleep in the morning. The shower is propelled and it was a bit complicated to get the water right so as not to mess it up. The heating of the room was non-existent and there is no way to call the reception from the room either. The room was colder than the outside and that was supposed to put the heating, but no hot air or anything came out. The TV is super small from the bed and it's very hard to watch.
